We tailor resources per project needs. Whether developing a long-term campaign or a fast paced one- off project, She Werks builds and provides the most effective team to execute your brand or production requirements. Before each project commences, we provide a scope of work and bill hourly, weekly, or negotiate a flat rate against this estimate per project, and can work on a retainer basis for an extended period of time.
We are also proud to be female-owned and operated and are truly integrated, offering brand management or serving as creative directors, strategists, producers, business managers and/or cost consultants, developing content across all platforms and live events. We work fast and nimble and are always ready for the challenge.

Candice Vernon, the visionary behind She Werks, leads the charge as Founder and Chief Creative Officer. With an unquenchable passion for crafting captivating narratives, Candice's expertise shines through in her extensive portfolio. Her journey began in the world of casting for iconic film and television projects like Mad Men, Across the Universe, and Law and Order: Criminal Intent. Her innate ability to curate compelling stories naturally transitioned into producing commercials, music videos, TV pilot presentations, films, and documentaries.
Boasting an impressive 16-year track record in the production realm, Candice's experience spans a diverse spectrum encompassing comedy, beauty, documentaries, print, and pharmaceuticals. A true virtuoso in the realm of integrated agency production, line production, post-production management, and all things magical, she wears these multifaceted hats with finesse to ensure the successful execution of every project.
Before embarking on the She Werks journey, Candice's creative prowess thrived as the Executive Creative Producer at Pure Growth Consulting. There, she orchestrated content production for illustrious names like Time Warner Cable, Jockey, and Chico's FAS. Her knack for blending creativity with strategic brand direction and management underscores her exceptional ability to breathe life into brands and narratives that resonate.
